Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the outside provider that operates that tool. Palo Pinto County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy applies to its receipt and processing of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact submission may include the sender's address, name, and message. We keep that information as needed to read and answer the request. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
